We carry 9-12 months of raw material on hand at all times and provide JIT (just-in-time) options for those rare cases where the product you need is not already on the shelf, we will make it in 36 hours.
Cast as a one-piece, heavy-duty, flat bottom basket-style fireplace grate, our Franklin G17 model is forged with a narrow depth for use in a small fireplace or Franklin Stove. The G17 measures 17” (front) x 13” (back) x 12” (depth) with a 2” cast-on leg clearance. Providing versatility for homeowners, this model is also available with a 4” cast-on leg height for use with a log lighter, or for additionally needed floor clearance. Durably built, each grate weighs approximately 15 lbs. (Actual forged grate dimensions and weight may vary slightly.)
