Bromic Heating Warranty is applicable to the original owner only. In accordance with the warranty terms and conditions specified below.
Bromic Heating or its agent (the warrantor) will furnish the ORIGINAL OWNER;
1. a replacement Bromic Heating heater or
2. a replacement part for any component part which fails.
For both commercial and residential applications the warranty is one year (7 Years on Elements) from the date of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Bromic Heaters must be installed by a licensed technician. Installation attempted by a non-authorized agent/technician will void the warranty.

Great looking and functional. You will need to buy a flex line kit to connect it to your main gas line. 24” worked great in my application. I bought part number GUHD-AD36-46D(CG) Via amazon. Additionally I would recommend buying the heat deflector regardless of application. Otherwise the majority of the heat rises up. For the coat of this unit, it should be included.
