The Symmetry-B is slimmer and has no template in the flame, while the regular model can be ordered in either extra tall or regular height. The Symmetry XT has a deeper Ember bed, touchpad controls, and a different template system with a more randomized flame pattern that is designed to look more realistic. It also has more color options and mood lighting. The Symmetry B has a 6" depth and a standard flame pattern that fills the whole box. It comes with remote and different color options. The Symmetry XT model has a stencil in the back of the firebox, which creates a black background and a more consistent flame pattern. This creates a more realistic look than the Symmetry B series. It is up to personal preference which model is better, as they both have different flame patterns.
