        Shipping company

The service was great from the people at the fireplace store, the shipping company was horrible though. I contacted them and told them to call me when they were there and gave them a specific location to drop the stove. They never called me and when I showed up at the house they dropped the stove at the end of the driveway at the street. I was very disappointed because now I had to get it to the house which was not an easy job for one person.
