The Wi-Fi enabled Chesmont in Black/White combines the comfort and authentic look of a traditional fire with the ease of an electronic fireplace. This smart technology fireplace features the industry's leading lifelike LED flame technology with 6 flame colors, 10 media bed colors, 5 light intensity settings and 3 flame speeds – the same LED flame display as the Touchstone Smart Sideline® Elite and Infinity Electric Fireplace collections.
Adjust the flame and bed settings by touchpad on the front of the unit, remote control or mobile app. Includes driftwood and crystals for easy customization to match your style.
The heat and flame settings work independently so you can enjoy the relaxing flames, with or without heat in any season or climate.
The cozy heater adds supplemental heat to an area of 400 square feet and includes two heat settings (750W/1500W) with a thermometer (68-88°F) or constant on. While the fireplace heater is not designed to be used as the primary heat source, it will take the chill off your room and add extra coziness. The built-in timer with auto shut off up to 8 hours adds convenience. The heat vents are discreetly located at the inside top of the mantel, which means you can safely mount a television above with zero clearance.
The glass front and sides remain cool to the touch, offering a truly relaxing experience compared to a gas or wood burning fireplace. Perfect for allergy sufferers, the Chesmont Electric Fireplace does not require venting and does not emit smoke or gas odors.
Easily control the Chesmont Electric Fireplace by touchpad, remote or mobile phone app. Turn the fireplace on and off by voice commands with a Google Home or Amazon Alexa smart device.
The included remote control requires AAA batteries (not included).

As an added safety feature, the WiFi connection will automatically disconnect after **24 consecutive hours of non-use. This helps to ensure the fireplace is not inadvertently turned on by app after an extended period of time. |
To re-enable the WiFi connection, simply hold down the FLAME button on the fireplace touchscreen for 15 seconds until the display shows P4. Watch the video for more detailed instructions to re-establish the WiFi connection.

WiFi Operation: To adjust the fireplace settings with your mobile device and use Amazon Alexa® or Google Home® voice commands, you will need to add the Tuya Smart app to your mobile phone or tablet.
2. Set Up the Tuya Smart App
Follow the app instructions to set up and register a Tuya Smart account and sign in to the app. Once you've downloaded the app to your mobile device, open the Tuya Smart App, tap “Register” to register an account, then sign in.
3. Add the Elite Smart Fireplace to the Tuya Smart App
Sign in with the Tuya Smart account, add the device, and change the device name to the word or phrase you will use for voice commands, i.e. Alexa, turn on the fireplace. We recommend using a simple phrase like "fireplace." You must use your designated phrase, i.e. "fireplace" in your voice commands for Alexa and Google Home to control your fireplace. 4. Pair the Tuya Smart app

5. Operate the Fireplace Settings with the Tuya Smart App
Once you have completed the Tuya Smart app set up and added your fireplace to your WiFi network, you can operate the fireplace through the Tuya Smart app.

Reminder, your fireplace name is the phrase you set up in the Tuya Smart app for your fireplace. You must use this exact phrase/fireplace name in your command to your voice-activated device.
The 50-inch fireplace is easy to hang on a wall for instant ambiance. Installation is simple, and it usually only takes one person to get the job done. The Chesmont includes a wall mounting bracket and an easy-to-follow instructions manual. Simply attach the mounting bracket to the wall, hang your fireplace on the bracket and secure with included screws. The unit can be plugged into a standard 120v electrical outlet or hardwired.
The front heat vent placement lets you mount a TV directly above the fireplace with zero clearance required.

Great purchase. We wanted to add something different to out upstairs master bedroom. The electric fireplace arrived in perfect condition and really fast. It took a little longer then they said to install but we really love it. I added the app on my iPhone to make it even easier. Love our new purchase and I would highly recommend it and this company!
This is beautiful and warm up a room rather quickly. The only thing I noticed is that the frequency must be same as my tv because if I scroll thru using left and right functions on TV remote, the fireplace beats and temp goes up. Exactly what I wanted.

Damages:
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt.If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, andrefuse delivery.Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
