To prepare for installing the grate kit, measure the inside of your fireplace so you get the right size for your space. The Bio Flame grate kits come in a wide range of shapes and sizes, so we are able to accommodate almost any type of fireplace conversion. Next, clean out any leftover firewood debris or ash from the existing fireplace to level the surface. When installing the grate kit, you can opt to go about a fireplace conversion in one of two ways:
