For over 100 years, Williams has designed and manufactured quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products for both the home and business. It all started in 1916, when Jesse Williams began building gas steam radiators in Los Angeles under the banner Williams Radiator Company. Williams’ commitment to quality was clear from the start, and the company’s product line expanded over the next few decades to include gas-fired heating, gravity wall heating and counterflow furnaces. By 1954, Williams had expanded to a nationwide player, with a distribution and sales network that reached customers throughout the United States.
Williams reputation for quality products only increased, and in 1958 they were acquired by Continental Materials Corporation, an AMEX-listed company whose notoriety brought new levels of prestige to the firm, now called Williams Furnace Company. The company acquired Hydro-Aire/LANCO in 1986, a major manufacturer of fan coils and air handlers. As a result, Williams now offers more fan coil sizes and configurations than any other HVAC company in all of the United States. Finally, the product line was expanded in 1996 to include room console heaters.
Jesse Williams understood that his company had to adapt to grow, and so do we. Today, numerically controlled machinery is used to ensure both precision and quality. All Williams products are tested to the highest standards according to specifications set by the National Bureau of Standards. Engineering, R&D, testing and manufacturing take place at our factory in Colton, California.

Williams Furnace Floorboard Black for Room Heater 20K and 35K
Use this black, insulated metal floorboard with your Williams hearth heaters. It is designed to help protect your floor from the weight of the heater as well as from the heat generated. It is the perfect protection solution if your console heater is installed on carpeting or vinyl flooring.
It can be used and fits under either the enclosed or fireplace front console heaters. 20,000 and 35,000 BTU models including all 2001A and 3501A with enclosed fronts and 3502A with fireplace fronts.
It is 1/2" high and measures 27" x 17 1/2" and is finished in a contemporary black powder-coat for a scratch-resistant perfect fit
Williams Furnace 8967 Millivolt Wall Thermostat Kit for all Williams Heaters (Includes Wire and Nut)
Williams Furnace Company no longer includes thermostats with their furnaces. This wall thermostat can be used with all Williams Furnaces. Simply move the switch to your desired temperature setting. It is easy to operate with its slide control and can be set from 50°F to 90°F. This thermostat kit includes the thermostat and 14 feet of wire.

Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We don't ship directly to Canada, but we can ship your order to the freight carrier of your choice.
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt.If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, andrefuse delivery.Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Our refund policy lasts 45 days.
