The Boulevard lamp is the quintessential American antique gas street lamp. Patented in 1899, the design was a transition from square-sided to round-globe lamps. An impressive 42 inches tall, our Boulevard gas or electric lamp recalls the grandeur of the Victorian era, but with the strength and simplicity of American character.

Inverted Gas Mantle

Invented by Carl Auer von Welsbach in the 1880s, gas mantle lighting lined the streets of North America & Europe for most of the late 19th & early 20th centuries. Gas mantles provide a solid, bright white light when fueled by gas and stay on even when your electric power goes out.

  • I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks.
