We carry 9-12 months of raw material on hand at all times and provide JIT (just-in-time) options for those rare cases where the product you need is not already on the shelf, we will make it in 36 hours.
The Sampson Series: durability and versatility forge its strength! Cast as the ultimate heavy-duty, expandable fireplace grate, the Sampson G500-20 is uniquely designed with an adjustable-slope, self-feeding basket. Custom-positioning allows you to adjust the slope of the grate basket for optimal fire viewing and maximum burn safety. Our airflow-enhanced, self-feeding grate design keeps your fire roaring as logs naturally fall into the center of the grate while air circulates freely, enhancing combustion. The Sampson G500-20 measures 18” (front) x 14” (back) x 15” (depth) with a 2 ¾” cast leg clearance. Providing versatility for homeowners, this model is also expandable with the addition of the G500-C, our 8” width extender. Durably built, each grate weighs approximately 22 lbs. and is shipped knocked-down, requiring assembly. (Actual forged grate dimensions and weight may vary slightly.)
