We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

Is the Mesa Torch safe to use around children and pets?Yes, our torches are constructed with safety in mind. However, like any open flame, they should be used with caution. Always keep children and pets at a safe distance, and never leave the Mesa Torch unattended while lit. |
Is the Mesa Torch smokeless?No, it is not. Because of the type of fuel used, the Mesa Torch will have a small amount of smoke particularly when first lighting, and can leave a soot residue on the metal components while burning. |
How do I light my Mesa Torch?After assembly and placing your torch in the desired location, fill the canister with Solo Stove Torch Fuel, insert the wick into the canister cap, leaving approximately ½” to ¾” exposed, and screw the cap lightly into place. Let the wick soak for approximately 15-30 minutes, then light it with a long-stem lighter. |
How long does one fill of fuel last?One full canister will typically last approximately 5 hours, depending on wind conditions and other variables. |
Can the Mesa Torches be used in windy conditions?Our torches are designed for sturdiness and can withstand normal breezy conditions. However, for safety reasons, it's recommended to extinguish the torch in gusty, high winds or stormy weather.Wind will affect the performance of your Mesa Torch. For the best possible performance, use in calm conditions for a full and bright flame. |
Is the Mesa Torch height-adjustable?Yes. There are 2 configurations of height for the Mesa Torch. When fully assembled, the Mesa Torch will stand 52.5” (133.3 cm) above the ground. In the lower configuration it will stand at 37.75” (95.9 cm) above the ground. |
How do I clean and maintain my torch?Cleaning is a breeze! Simply wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth to remove any soot or residue. For long-term maintenance, store indoors in a dry area. |
Can I use a different type of fuel?While our citronella-scented Torch Fuel is specially formulated for optimal performance, you may use other types of torch fuel. However, this may affect the flame quality and mosquito-repelling properties. |
How do I extinguish the torch?To extinguish, carefully use the integrated snuffer cap provided with your Mesa Torch. Always ensure the flame is completely out before leaving the area. |
What is the fuel composed of?The fuel is a specially formulated citronella-scented oil, designed to provide a long-lasting flame and create a pleasant aroma that naturally repels mosquitoes. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
