We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

What are some of the other differences between Mesa and Mesa XL?Mesa XL has a pellet capacity of about 3x more than Mesa, and will subsequently burn for about 15 minutes longer (45-60min total with pellets). It will also emit more heat while burning, due to more fuel being consumed. Both Mesa and Mesa XL are very easy to light, will have about the same flame height when burning, and are extremely portable and functional for your outdoor spaces! |
What surfaces can I use Mesa on?Mesa is for outdoor use only. It was made as a tabletop fire pit, sized perfectly for outdoor dining tables to stylish end tables. Mesa should always be used with its included stand on a stable surface. Even while using the stand, the fire pits burn extremely hot, and hot air may gather underneath. Do not use on heat sensitive materials. Do not ever leave Mesa unattended on or near a combustible surface, even when it is cooling down. |
What kind of wood does Mesa take?Unique to this fire pit, Mesa comes with a built in Dual Fuel grate allowing you to burn pellets, Solo Stove Mini Oak Firewood, or traditional hardwood. |
Will my Mesa discolor over time?Mesa’s ceramic coated colors will not patina over time.If you purchase the traditional stainless steel option, you will notice a unique patina develop over time as you would on our traditional fire pits and camp stoves. Each Mesa comes with a stainless steel flame ring that will patina over time. |
Can Mesa be used under a canopy, patio umbrella, gazebo, etc?Mesa is intended for outdoor use only. It is not recommended to use under a canopy, patio umbrella, or gazebo. |
Is there any protective barrier that can be used to prevent touching the Mesa while in use.There is not a protective barrier. Mesa will be very hot to the touch and should never be left unattended when in use. |
Is there a recommended amount of distance or table size to use when using Mesa? How close can you be to it while it is in use?Mesa can fit on almost any table size. You should always maintain a safe distance from the fire so that you do not get burned. We recommend being at least 2 feet away from the exterior of the fire pit and always avoid touching the sides as the unit will be very hot when in use |

How do I use the pellet adapter?Current models of Mesa and Mesa XL no longer include a pellet adapter. Instead, it uses a dual fuel grate that can accommodate both Mini Firewood and Pellets.On original models, Mesa’s pellet adapter is designed to provide optimal airflow to your fuel while in use. If you’re using a traditional firestarter, place the pellet adapter, fill with pellets, and place your firestarter on top. Using a stick lighter, light your starter. Add pellets until they’re resting under the secondary burn holes. When refueling Mesa, add pellets slowly to ensure your flame doesn’t become suffocated. Mesa’s pellet adapter should be used any time you plan on burning pellets to allow for optimal airflow, continuous safety, and consistent heat. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
