Lifetime Warranty
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

What temperature will Pi Prime reach?Pi Prime will reach temperatures in excess of 950°F.Each type of pizza crust is unique and the temperature should be adjusted accordingly. As a baseline, Neapolitan Pizza is typically cooked around 750° - 800°F . Depending on the thickness of your crust and the amount of toppings you use, you might want to cook at a higher or lower temperature. The thicker the crust, the longer the pizza will need to cook, which means that lower temperatures will be more forgiving. |
Is Pi Prime portable?Weighing in at just over 30 lbs (13,6 kilos)., Pi Prime can be taken wherever your cravings take you. Including, but not limited to, spicing up your neighbor’s dinner party, crafting artisan pies at your team’s tailgate, or elevating a weekend picnic. |
What kind of fuel does Pi Prime use?Pi Prime operates exclusively on Propane Gas (LPG). |
How long will a tank of propane last?When using a standard 20lb. LPG tank, Pi Prime will last up to 20 hours on the “High” temperature setting. |
Where can I set it up?Always ensure that you use Pi Prime on a level, stable, non -combustible surface.Please note Pi Prime is NOT compatible with Pi Stand. |
How do I clean it?External stainless steel (upper portion): Use standard stainless steel cleaners such as bar keepers friend, wiping in the direction of the grain. Do not use chemicals to clean the interior of the pizza oven.Cold rolled steel (lower, colored portion): Use a damp towel with warm soapy water. Dry immediately. Interior of the oven: Remove the pizza stones, and use a damp towel to wipe down the interior surfaces. Pizza stones: Pi Prime’s pizza stones should not be exposed to excessive water. Use the Pi Pizza Oven Brush to scrape away debris, then use a damp towel to finish cleaning. Do not submerge the stones in water. Dry immediately and completely before using them. |
What size of pizzas can I make?Feel free to maximize Pi Prime’s 13” front opening. Because of its cylindrical shape, there will still be plenty of room on the inside to turn and maneuver your pizza for the perfect doneness. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
