We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

What is Surround Extend made of?Surround’s frame and table top shelves are constructed with a durable powder-coated steel.The powder-coated finish is very durable, but it can be scratched. To avoid damaging the surface do not drag items across the shelves. Do not sit, stand, or lean on Surround Extend. Excessive weight can cause damage to the tabletop. |
Will the Surround Extend’s tabletop surface get hot while I have a fire going?The Surround’s table top is made with perforated steel that helps minimize the heat transfer from your fire pit to Surround. Perforations decrease the heat absorption of the metal, but do not eliminate it entirely.In certain conditions Surround shelves might be warm to the touch and the Surround bezel, located closer to the fire, will absorb more heat than the tabletop and could get hot. |
Can I use my fire pit accessories with Surround?Absolutely! Surround and the Surround Extend are meant to enhance the safety of your fire pit but also enable you to use the accessories you already have. Enjoy the Fire Pit Cooking System, Shield, and Roasting sticks whenever you’re sitting around the fire. If you use Deflector, only use the longer legs, and proceed with caution as it will raise the temperature of the tabletop surface on your Surround Extend.NOTE: The Fire Pit Stand should NOT be used with Surround. |
Do I need a Surround before I can purchase the Surround Extend?Yes, the Surround Extend is only usable if it is attached to a Fire Pit Surround. All hardware and tools needed for assembly are included. |
Can I use Surround Extend on a deck?Solo Stove Fire Pits can safely be used in Surround on a deck, but requires your attention and action. Surround Extend will elevate your fire pit off of wooden/composite deck surfaces that will help minimize heat underneath the fire pit and help avoid charring or ignition. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
