We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

Is assembly required?Yes, some assembly is required. Simply attach three legs to the base of Pi Fire with the included 6 screws and washers. |
What wood should I burn when using Pi Fire?To limit soot on your pizza, we suggest using hardwoods, specifically oak. |
How long does it take Pi Fire to bake a pizza?Many variables can affect cooking time. The temperature of the stone and dough thickness could slow down or speed up cooking time. But on average, it will take 7-8 minutes to bake the pizza. |
What temperature should the stone be before I launch a pizza?We recommend launching a pizza when the center of the stone is between 500-650F degrees. |
How do I get and keep the stone above 500F degrees?We recommend starting your fire with 2-3 logs for Ranger, 3-4 logs for Bonfire, and 4-5 logs for Yukon / Canyon. Add an additional log when temperatures stall or when the temperature decreases (generally happens after a pizza is cooked). Remember, to limit soot, you don't want the fire raging; rather, you want the flame constantly dancing below or at the bottom of the Pi Fire oven. |
Can I use Pi Fire with other Solo Stove fire pit accessories?Yes! Pi Fire was designed so that you can continue to use the fire pit accessories that you love. This includes the surround to protect your loved ones, shield to block embers, sticks to cook s’mores, and tools to add logs and stoke the fire. |
Can I use Pi Fire with Pi Silicon Mat?No, we do not recommend placing Pi Silicone Mat on top of Pi Fire. Placing anything on top of the oven will affect its ability to heat up and filter out soot. |
Does Pi Fire work with the Flame Ring?Yes! Pi Fire should always be used with the Flame Ring. |
Can I use Pi Fire with the cooking system hub?No. Pi Fire does not work with the Hub. Pi Fire comes with three legs (similar to the heat deflector) that nest your Pi Fire onto your fire pit |
How often do I need to turn my pizza while in the oven?Baking pizza in Pi Fire is a leisurely cooking experience, when compared to our Pi pizza oven that gets to 900F degrees. Once launched, we recommend turning your pizza every couple of minutes. |
How does Pi Fire differ from Pi pizza oven?Baking pizza in the Pi Fire at 500-650F degrees is a much more forgiving environment than baking pizzas at +900F degrees in your Pi oven. It’s why we refer to Pi Fire as a leisurely pizza cooking experience. Additionally, Pi Fire is more portable and comes with a carry/storage case. |
How do I clean the Pi Fire and Stone?While the stone is still warm, use a wire cleaning brush to remove residue from the stone. Once the stone has cooled, you can use a paper towel to wipe away soot. Do NOT submerge the stone under water or use soap.Allow your Pi Fire to cool completely before cleaning. Gently clean with warm soapy water and soft terry cloth or paper towel. Do NOT used anything abrasive on the ceramic coating |
Can I place or remove my Pi Fire on my fire pit after a fire is already going?Yes. Always take extra precaution when placing or removing your Pi Fire. Always wear heat-resistant gloves and always store far away from children, adults and pets when allowing the Pi Fire to cool. |
Will Pi Fire fit the Yukon 30”?Yes. We are developing a Pi Fire oven for the Canyon. We expect to launch this size sometime in the 1st quarter of 2023 |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
