This fireplace mantel captures the quiet strength and character of Kentucky’s historic smokehouses. With a streamlined beam profile measuring 10” deep x 5” tall and running in a standard 80” length, the Smokehouse mantel makes a confident statement without overwhelming the room. This non-combustible mantel is a faithful recreation of a hand-hewn timber imagined to be reclaimed from an old Kentucky smokehouse.
Our Smokehouse Mantel is inspired by the humble outbuildings that once stood behind Kentucky homesteads, where durability and craftsmanship mattered more than decoration. Designed to become a natural focal point, this beam-style mantel is well suited for both residential and commercial applications.
Molded in our non-flammable Burncrete™ material, the Smokehouse Mantel captures deep wood grain, hand-hewn tool marks, subtle surface variation, and naturally occurring checks and splits—details that reflect the honest wear of time and use.
The Smokehouse Mantel features a hollow-core construction that simplifies installation while preserving the appearance of solid timber. Individually hand-painted using a multi-step finishing process, this mantel delivers depth, shadow, and warmth—making it both a practical and beautifully authentic addition to any living space.

LEXINGTON HEARTH MANTELS are warranted against manufacturer defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original owner and is nontransferable. We will repair the mantel if possible or, if we determine it cannot be repaired, will replace the mantel and/or components with a new mantel. If an exact replacement is no longer available, we will substitute it with a product of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
MANTELS ARE INDIVIDUALLY CAST, AND HAND-PAINTED. Mantel color and dimensions can vary slightly from samples and published measurements.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS apply if the item has been subjected to neglect, misuse, alteration, unauthorized repairs, relocation, dents, dings, scratches, incorrect applications, Acts of God, and all other uncontrollable events, which are not covered by this warranty. Any minor discrepancies that may occur during, or after the warranty
period, ARE NOT typically considered to be a warranty issue. For this
reason, we include touch-up kits for all finishes, to allow you to make these repairs when necessary. Examples of things that ARE NOT covered by this warranty include, but
are not limited to:
- Does not cover minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect structural performance.
- Scratches caused by normal use or abuse.
- Variation in colors due to exposure to sunlight, heat, cold, or chemicals.
- Damage caused by dirt, debris, or water damage.
- Freight Damage or damage caused by moving, repositioning, or relocating of product.
- Failure to follow installation instructions, and use of unsuitable anchoring foundations.
- Failure to maintain the product in a reasonable/responsible manner.
- Does not cover third-party materials or labor costs incurred for assembly, permits, and inspections.
LEXINGTON HEARTH MANTELS DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. OTHER THAN THE STATED LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS ABOVE, NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
