The Challenger is a flush mount electric fireplace featuring controlled RGB ember flame. Standard media includes glacier crystals. A 5,000 BTU heater can be controlled with the touch screen located on the front panel or by the remote.

Challenger Electric Fireplace is capable to warmth rooms up to 400 sq ft as well as run the flames with no heat. Relax and enjoy the stunning appeal all year round! This 50 Challenger Electric Fireplace can be installed directly on the wall surface, partially or fully recessed, based on your desired finished look. Plugged into a regular household outlet. The Challenger series is great for long evenings with its comfortable off-timer (setting between 30 minutes and 7 hours). Easily change the flame brightness and colors using the included convenient remote control or on the touch screen located on the front of the unit.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing defect within twenty-four months (24) from the date of purchase of the appliance, parts will be supplied for repair or the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames. Labor is covered for twelve months (12) from the date of purchase.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This warranty does not cover consumable items such as bulbs and fuses which have a limited lifespan. This warranty does not cover product that has been altered in any way or that has been installed incorrectly. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, poor handling, or operation with an incorrect power source.

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
