Glow Getter burner are available in 18" and 24" sizes, these burners formats. Featuring the IntelliFire Plus with ODS system for five-step flame adjustment, these burners come complete with cast iron grate, volcanic rock, rock wool, on/off switch, touch button command center, electronic ignition and RC300 thermostat remote control.
The Glow Getter burner with vent free gas logs from Monessen offer the realistic look of a wood fire but without the effort. Available during a sort of styles, the pliability of the vent free gas logs from Monessen means you'll install them in any existing firebox without the necessity for venting - making them a terrific choice for almost any room in your home.

I have not fully installed the Monesson fireplace, so I cannot address the efficacy of the box. However, the customer interaction was quick and effective and there is a technical support team behind the curtains to answer the more complicated questions. Very good experience.

Placed the order and given an expected delivery date. It kept getting delayed and delayed. It took over 10 days for the item to even be picked up by a shipper. It was about 2 weeks later than originally promised. This caused us a delay in turning a house back over to the owner after renovations. No one could ever explain why the lack of communication and why the delay.

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
