We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

Can I use this on my deck, composite deck, stained patio, etc?Stand helps elevate your fire pit to lower temperatures in contact with your patio or deck, but it is still a fire and will be extremely hot. Use on wood or composite decking can lead to charring or ignition if the fire pit is not adequately elevated, insulated, or misused. Even when using Stand, wood and composite decking materials differ significantly in quality and treatment and have varying heat resistance ratings. You should check with your manufacturer or builder to ensure your surfaces can handle high temperatures, or further elevate or insulate your fire pit to avoid potential damage.You should also never leave your fire pit unattended on a combustible surface when hot - even while cooling down. Hot ashes can reignite and escape onto the surface. We also recommend Solo Stove Shield to help prevent large embers from escaping the pit during a burn and Solo Stove Lid when done burning to keep ashes locked in. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
