We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

Why do the tools have a bend in them?The unique angle of both the poker and tongs allows you to safely add or adjust the wood while keeping your arm away from the flame. The angled poker makes it easy to reach over the side of your fire pit while the angle of the grabber makes adding wood easier by lessening the resistance against you. The poker is angled at 165 degrees and the grabber is angled at 172 degrees. |
How do I store these?Fire Pit Tools feature hooks for easy hanging. |
How do I clean out my fire pit?When your wood is burned through completely, and your fire pit is cool, remove the ash pan from under your base plate and dump it. |
The hinge in the grabber is stiff, what do I do?Just add a drop of grease or oil to loosen it back up! |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
