We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

How often should I add pellets?Once the initial flame has begun to subside, you should add approximately ¼ cup of pellets every 5-8 minutes. |
Why does my Mesa smoke after I add pellets?When adding pellets to your Mesa, be sure to add amounts that won’t smother the fire (typically around ¼ cup). If too many pellets are added at once, this could cause the fire to cool drastically which will cause it to smoke. |
How should I store my pellets?Solo Stove Pellets should be resealed and stored in a cool, dry place. Pellets should be kept away from moisture. |
How do I light pellets in my Mesa?When lighting Mesa, first place a fire starter below the pellet adapter (in the raised portion), then replace the adapter and light the fire starter through the grate. Add pellets until they cover the top of the pellet adapter. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
