Lifetime Warranty
We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on solostove.com, au.solostove.com, ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.

How often will I need to refill the hopper?A full hopper of pellets will burn for approximately 3 hours. However, several factors can affect actual burn time, like pellet type, ambient temperature, and wind exposure. |
Will the stainless steel change color with use?Like Solo Stove Fire Pits, Tower’s stainless steel portions will patina to a myriad of colors including blue, green, and bronze.The powder-coated steel portions of Tower will need to cure during the first burn. This will change the color slightly from black to charcoal grey. During the first burn, you can expect odors to be present while the paint cures. |
Is Tower smokeless?Tower is designed to burn at high temperatures to produce a smokeless experience. There may be some smoke present at the beginning of each burn, but that will subside as the fire reaches hotter temperatures. |
Can I burn Tower on a wood deck?Please use caution when using Tower on any surface, especially combustible surfaces. Don’t leave Tower unattended at any time and follow proper operating instructions. |
Can I move Tower while it is burning?Tower is only safe to move before lighting or after it has fully cooled down. |
Is it safe to touch while it is burning?Tower is not safe to touch while it is burning. If you need to add more pellets to the hopper during use, wear heat-resistant gloves when touching the hopper lid. |
Can I leave Tower outside, uncovered when I’m not using it?We do not recommend leaving Tower uncovered, outside when it’s not being used. To keep your patio heater working properly, remove pellets from the hopper and cover it with Solo Stove Patio Heater Shelter between uses. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
