The Outdoor GreatRoom Company's premium Crystal Fire Plus burners offer a patent pending burner design to enhance your outdoor space. These kits are designed to produce brighter, taller, fuller, and more natural flames for a beautiful aesthetic quite unlike anything else on the market. These burner systems create a natural looking flame and offer a higher BTU capacity than previous generations of Crystal Fire burners. These systems also provide "Positive Connect" meaning minimal gas connections will need to be made during installation--most have already been made at the factory. Take your outdoor space to a new level with quality products from The Outdoor GreatRoom Company.
Featuring commercial grade 304 stainless steel construction, this product offers ultimate durability and even features a lifetime warranty. With the push of a button, this fire pit's integrated electronic ignition system ignites a beautiful fire atop a bed of included fire glass gems. Additionally, this fire pit can be connected to a direct spark ignition safety remote and other accessories for even greater versatility (sold separately). This system also features a UL listing for proven safety and performance. Each system features all necessary components to connect your burner system to a gas line as well as clear tempered fire glass gems (amount varies with size of kit).

Manual Ignition does not require electricity. Popular setup choice for consumer’s everyday outdoor use. Similar operation features to other household gas appliances. Controlled by a Variable Control Safety Valve and includes a battery-operated sparker. Comes setup for liquid propane but convertible to natural gas with included kit. |

Direct Spark Electronic Ignition requires electricity. Ideal for commercial or multi-residential use. DSI comes standard with an on/off switch operation. Not field-convertible for gas type, please select LP or NG when ordering. It can be operated away from appliance or on the appliance with a variety of control options – timer, remote, e-stop, app sold separately. |

I had placed an order, through Lowe's Home Improvement, for an Electric Firebox: Revillusion RBF42. Ordered 1st part of January. Was told I would have it in 3 weeks. When checking to see is it came in, was told it was delayed to 3/15. Was then told is was delayed until 4/25. Waited until 4/27 to check on it. Was then told it was now delayed until August. This firebox was going in a new Sun Room addition. I could not get my final inspection until the Firebox was installed. I went on line and googled for this same product. US Fireplace Store web site was given to me. This was on a Saturday. I call and reached a very nice man. Explain what I was look for. He checked and told me they had 30 of them in stock. I almost fell out of my chair. I clarified with him the product I was wanting. I ask how soon could I get it. He told me it would ship today. Again, was amazed. It arrived on the following Monday. What a pleasure and a relief working with US Fireplace Store and their employees. Exceed my expectations.
