The Grande Elevate® lifts your television to the optimal viewing height when you want to watch it, and then lowers your flatscreen into the thin, 20" deep cabinet when you are finished. The cabinet, which features a rich espresso finish, keeps your flatscreen television secure and out of view within. Nearly any flatscreen television up to 65" diagonal (58.5" wide) will fit in the Grand Elevate® and it can be placed either against your wall or your bed, giving you the storage capacity and versatility you need for your home.

The Grand Elevate® is built to fit against any wall in any room of your home, making it an ideal unit for your family room, living room, basement, or even home theater. Thanks to the drop down doors at the base of this cabinet, the Grand Elevate® also offers storage space for your additional electronic units such as cable boxes, DVD players, and gaming systems. The electronics within the cabinet can also be controlled with an optional remote repeater system which is available for an additional $99.00. This remote repeater system allows you to control all your hidden electronics with your standard remote through a universal remote "eye", allowing you to hide your electronics undisturbed within the cabinet.
Similar to the standard Elevate®, the Grand Elevate® is designed to give the option of placement at the foot of your bed by acting as a finely crafted chest. With the ability to hold a large flatscreen TV up to 65" diagonal (59" wide) and its fine espresso finish on both sides of the cabinet, the Grand Elevate® offers incredible placement versatility and unmatched practicality against any surface. These features make this cabinet the perfect TV lift cabinet for a larger flat screen at the foot of your bed. Touchstone's add-on component shelf, which provides storage for your electronic devices and also allows you to lift these electronics with your television, can be added for an additional $79.00 by selecting the Add-On Component Shelf option at checkout. With this optional add-on component shelf, there is no need for a remote repeater kit or special wiring as the shelf makes your electronics easily accessible.
The Grand Elevate® includes Touchstone's Whisper Lift® II PRO pre-installed within the cabinet before shipment. This reliable and value-priced TV lift can raise and lower your large flatscreen within seconds and can also be purchased with an optional add-on component shelf. This TV lift includes a component shelf for storing your additional electronics. The shelf provides an area of 16" W x 9" D on both the left and right side of the lift and will sit just below the television and raise and lower with the television itself.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, we double-check if all items ordered are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. If the expected delivery time exceeds the advertised time frame, we'll reach out to you via email and/or phone to confirm the order.

Estimated Time of Arrival:
We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 3-5 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.
Areas Covered:
All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the Contiguous United States only. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We don't ship directly to Canada, but we can ship your order to the freight carrier of your choice.
Damages:
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt.If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, andrefuse delivery.Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Our refund policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us atsupport@usfireplacestore.com before returning an item to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at our warehouse.
