Touchstone's patented Whisper Lift® II Pro Advanced brings all the reliability and value of the industry leading Whisper Lift® II TV Lift Mechanism to a lift designed for the pro-user. These advanced features include lift height memory, an IR sensor for universal remotes, a 12 volt trigger connection for use with automated systems and a manual 60 degree swivel. The Whisper Lift® II operates by using a single piston actuator in an enclosed system for completely safe operation with virtually zero wear and tear. The steel external casing of the lift provides added protection for the lift internal parts, which keeps it clean and free of dirt and any debris. Don't be confused by more expensive TV lift mechanism claiming to have more a better lift based on the price they are charging. The Whisper Lift® II is durable, quiet and reliable.
Like the standard Whisper Lift® II, the PRO Advanced with Swivel has a stable and steady steel body and a quiet 24v motor for raising flat screens televisions up to 75 pounds. The lift measures 32.5" H x 10" W x 9" D (including brackets that connect to back of TV), lifts to a full height of 68.5" in under 30 seconds and is designed to fit flat screen TV's up to 60 inches. Touchstone's Universal Quick Connect mounting system allows you to install any flat screen TV in minutes, and comes with a universal hardware kit to accommodate most TV brands.
The PRO Advanced with Swivel features Touchstone's innovated motor systems which lets you program and save your favorite position for your TV. This can be based on your viewing angle in bed or from you favorite chair, or the position of your components or soundbar on your component shelf.
One of the most requested features in the original Whisper Lift® II is IR remote support. The built-in IR sensor will let you use your universal remote to control the lift height of your TV, so no more requirement for a second remote for your TV lift. With Touchstone's remote repeater or component shelf, you can now control everything from one remote.
A 12 volt trigger allows the your system, upon power up and down, to automatically drop or raise your Whisper Lift® II. Most lift systems require a 12 volt trigger interface option, which can cost an extra couple hundred dollars or more. You'll need to make sure your video system has a 12 volt trigger to use this feature.
One of the most requested features on the original Whisper Lift® II, the swivel feature lets you view your flat screen in a Touchstone™ lift from more angles in our bedroom, living room or family room. Do you have a sitting area in your bedroom? Well you can now turn your TV towards that sitting area. Touchstone's swivel also has a safetly feature, where the lift will not go down unless the TV is back in the "home" position".
Optionally, you can upgrade the Whisper Lift® II PRO Advanced TV Lift with our add-on component shelf to store your cable box, game system, DVD player, and other components for only $89.
The add-on component shelf attaches to the TV lift system directly below the flat screen TV and raises or lowers into the cabinet along with you TV when remotely activated.
The shelf provides an area of 16" W x 9" D on both the left and right side to fit a wide variety of multimedia components.

If your order is available for the delivery within the advertised time frame, we will submit it for shipment to the warehouse. We typically deliver within 2-10 business days. Custom made products are usually delivered within 3-5 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order would fall outside of the advertised 2-10 business day time frame, our customer service team will reach out to you to confirm if you are OK with that date.

All estimated delivery dates and shipping costs advertised on the website apply the the Contiguous United States only. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the time and cost of shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We don't ship directly to Canada, but we can ship your order to the freight carrier of your choice.
Damages:
It is very important that you inspect the packaging of your items when they arrive and check if you received all boxes listed on the delivery receipt.If you notice any damage or shortage of packages, you must make note of it on the bill of lading, take pictures, andrefuse delivery.Your note should say "refused due to damage". You must also take photos of all sides of the box and send them to us within 2 days. If there are no damages visible before opening the box, you must note "subject to further inspection may contain concealed damage". If you notice any damage after receiving the delivery, do not throw the box away, and contact us with the photos. After we receive information from you about the refused delivery or concealed damage, we immediately initiate a claim with the shipping company or with the manufacturer. After the claim is fully processed, we ship all replacements at absolutely no cost to you.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We can cancel your order at absolutely no cost to you before the shipping label or Bill of Lading has been created, or before production of a custom order has started. Custom made items are not eligible for refunds after production has started. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also remain in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in a perfect condition. We do not charge restocking fees or return shipping fees. All eligible returns are 100% free. Orders delivered outside the United States are not eligible for refunds. If your order arrived damaged, "Damages" section applies. Our refund policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact us atsupport@usfireplacestore.com before returning an item to discuss shipping details. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your purchase within 2 days after all returned items arrived at our warehouse.
